New Coffee Shop Set To Open In Littleton

LITTLETON, CO — A new coffee shop is set to open its doors Friday in Littleton.

Black Rock Coffee Bar is opening a 2,000-square-foot shop at 2727 West Belleview Avenue at Belleview Center. In celebration of its grand opening, the coffee bar will be offering all customers free 16 oz drinks on Friday, the company said.

"We are thrilled to be expanding our Colorado footprint by bringing our second Black Rock Coffee Bar store to Littleton," said Jeff Hernandez, co-founder and executive chairman of Black Rock Coffee Bar.

"We feel connected to the Littleton community and look forward to providing them with great beverages and more importantly, we hope to positively impact their day, every day with our friendly service."

The new shop, which is creating 20 new jobs, aims to offer young people opportunities to learn how to lead, run a business and develop people skills, the company said.

The location is Black Rock Coffee Bar's 99th store in the U.S. Founded in Oregon in 2008, the company has expanded into six other states, including Colorado, Arizona, California, Idaho, Texas and Washington.
