Grieving Colorado uncle body-slams lawyer of nephew's suspected killer outside courtroom, fracturing his spine (nypost.com) — A violent confrontation at the Arapahoe County Courthouse in Littleton left a defense attorney hospitalized with spinal fractures and a shattered pelvis after a grieving uncle allegedly body-slammed him in a hallway. The uncle, whose 12-year-old nephew was killed in a traffic crash, now faces a second-degree assault charge and remains jailed on bond.
