Truck Dumps Burning Garbage Outside South Metro Fire Station
"It's not often that a fire gets delivered to a fire station, but that's what happened this afternoon," the fire department said.

CENTENNIAL, CO — A garbage truck dumped burning trash outside a fire station in Centennial Wednesday afternoon, fire officials said.
The burning pile was dumped outside South Metro Fire Rescue Station 35, near South Peoria Street and East Arapahoe Road.
"It's not often that a fire gets delivered to a fire station, but that’s what happened this afternoon," South Metro Fire said in a tweet.

Three crews helped to extinguish the large trash pile, fire officials said.
No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
