LITTLETON, CO — Thousands of people have been flocking to Littleton over the past week for the 93rd annual Western Welcome Week.
Dubbed 'Together Again,' this year's welcome week ends Sunday after 10 days of festivities.

Western Welcome Week includes the 61st annual Craft and Home Improvement Fair in Littleton from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The 92nd Grand Parade is set to begin at 10 a.m. the same day.

Western Welcome Week began in 1928 when the editor of the Littleton Independent, Houstoun Waring, held a 40th anniversary celebration for the newspaper. The event was so successful that the following year, Waring decided to hold a celebration commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Richard S. Little, the founder of the Littleton community. Each year from then on, the tradition continued.
