Wind Crest Announces Its Final Residence Building, Dillon Landing

Wind Crest will open it's final independent living residence this fall

Wind Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community located in Highlands Ranch, Colo., announced that its final independent living residence building, Dillon Landing, will open this fall.

“This is an exciting time,” says Executive Director Craig Erickson. “When we welcomed our first residents in 2007, our goal was to meet the tremendous demand for the vibrant Erickson Senior Living lifestyle here in Colorado.”

Wind Crest has done just that. Over the last 18 years, the community has built three distinct independent living neighborhoods, including three clubhouses, 12 residence buildings, plus a continuing care neighborhood—an expansion of which just opened earlier this year. The community is now home to more than 2,100 seniors.

“With the opening of Dillon Landing coming soon,” says Erickson, “we’re ushering in a new phase—one of an established, thriving community.”

Dillon Landing will bring 94 additional residences to Wind Crest. The building also features four brand-new floor plan designs and a variety of the community’s most sought-after one- and two-bedroom homes, ranging in size from 835 to more than 2,200 square feet.

“Every Dillon Landing residence comes with brand-new, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a balcony or patio,” says Sales Manager Meredith Krier. “Each one can also be customized to suit residents’ unique taste and style with the help of our incredible Custom Interiors team.”

"What's particularly exciting for the residents of Dillon Landing at Wind Crest is that they are moving into an established campus," says Krier. "The community is now complete, with countless amenities and activities to choose from, including a variety of restaurants to dine in. They can jump right into enjoying all that our vibrant lifestyle has to offer."
