Erickson Senior Living Community Names Brooke Wisler as Director of Human Resources

Wind Crest, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Highlands Ranch, Colo., announced the promotion of Brooke Wisler as Director of Human Resources.
After beginning her Erickson Senior Living career five years ago with Wind Crest’s home support team, Brooke completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program and took on additional responsibilities to partner with the human resources team. Brooke quickly became an integral part of the team’s success, showing consistency, growth, and leadership in a variety of roles, from recruiting coordinator to her most recent position as the assistant director of human resources.
In her new leadership role, Brooke will be responsible for the daily operations of Wind Crest’s human resources department, focusing on effective recruitment and engagement. The community provides a vibrant work environment and career opportunities for more than 1,000 full—and part-time employees.

Prior to joining Wind Crest, Brooke gained experience in several operational and human resources roles with Target Corporation, a Fortune 100 retailer. Brooke holds a bachelor's degree in communications and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute). She is also a member of local and national chapters of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management).
