• November real estate sales drop 9 percent year over year (thebusinesstimes.com) — Redlands homebuyers and sellers are part of a cooling Mesa County market, with November sales down 9% year over year even as active listings rose 14%. So far in 2025, Redlands has logged 258 sales and currently has 80 active listings, making it one of the county’s busiest submarkets. Prices have softened slightly, but overall 2025 sales volume is still running ahead of 2024.
