• Snowmass approves new short-term rental regulations (aspentimes.com) — Snowmass Town Council has approved new short-term rental rules that raise annual permit fees from $300 to $400 and standardize all permits to an April 30 renewal date starting in 2026. The changes, partly driven by a long waitlist for town of Snowmass Village rentals, also make trespassing by guests a major violation that can cost owners their STR permit or business license for years.
