Connecticut Down To 1 Remaining Location Of Once Popular Chain Restaurant With Latest Closing

Another location of another chain restaurant is closing in Connecticut.

CONNECTICUT — Ruby Tuesday has shuttered its location in Lisbon.

This week, the restaurant was listed by the chain as "permanently closed" on the Ruby Tuesday website.

It had been in business for about two decades.

The Lisbon restaurant was located at 160 River Road.

There is one remaining Ruby Tuesday location in Connecticut location remaining — in Windsor Locks at 101 Ella Grasso Turnpike.

The chain was famous for its large salad bar and pub food.

Ruby Tuesday was once considered an anchor at retal locations like the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall in Manchester. At one time, in addition to that location, Connecticut restaurants included heavy retail areas in Enfield, Farmington, Windham, Meriden, Cromwell, Danbury, Waterford, Shelton, North Haven and Bristol.
