CT Church Properties Sold, Developer Intends To Build Housing
A church has sold two properties in a Connecticut town. The land is zoned for single and multifamily housing.

PLAINVILLE, CT — A church in Plainville has sold its property as it "decided to merge with another church and no longer needed the two properties they owned," according to a press release for O, R & L Commercial, who represented the seller in the deal.
Grace Lutheran Church sold its 222 Farmington Ave. location and the adjacent residential lot for $600,000.
The buyer is 222 Farm Ave, LLC, which purchased the property with the intention of demolishing the church and getting approvals to redevelop the property, according to the statement.

No approvals are currently in place but the property is zoned for single or multifamily homes.
According to its Facebook page, "Grace Lutheran Church has merged with 2 other churches in Bristol, Ct. We are now Faith Lutheran Church of Bristol CT."
