CT Convention & Sports Bureau (CTMEETINGS) Elects Three New Board Members
Chris Davis, Jackie Kosiba and Kevin McMillan All Bring Specific Expertise in Their Professions
The Board of Directors of the Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTMEETINGS) – the State’s official meetings and sports event sales and marketing organization – has added three new Board members. They are: Chris Davis, Vice President of Public Policy for the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA); Jackie Kosiba, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Delamar Hotel Collection; and Kevin McMillan, CPA, Director of Accounting Services at Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina (FML), who also was elected as the Board’s new Treasurer.
As Vice President of Public Policy for the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA), Chris Davis leads its advocacy team of in-house and contract lobbyists at the State Capitol. He oversees the planning and execution of public policy strategy and initiatives to strengthen CBIA’s mission to boost Connecticut’s economic competitiveness and growth while providing opportunities for all state residents.
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Delamar Hotel Collection, Jackie Kosiba leads strategic initiatives across its portfolio of luxury boutique hotels in Connecticut, comprising of Greenwich Harbor, Southport, West Hartford, Mystic, and Westport, as well as in Traverse City, Mich. With more than 13 years at Delamar, Kosiba has had the opportunity to grow with the brand, holding leadership roles at both the property and regional level, contributing to successful hotel openings, brand positioning, and market expansion.

New CTMEETINGS Treasurer Kevin McMillan, CPA, is Director of Accounting Services at Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina LLP (FML) in Glastonbury. He brings more than a dozen years of public accounting experience, as well as three years working internally at a Fortune 500 corporation in the aerospace and advanced manufacturing industry. He works within FML’s accounting services practice – specifically with not-for profit, professional service, technology, and manufacturing industries, along with companies in the early stages of operations.
“Chris Davis, Jackie Kosiba and Kevin McMillan all bring experience and skills that will help our organization as we expand the meetings, conventions and sports events industries in Connecticut,” explains Robert Murdock, President of the Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTMEETINGS). “They complement the strengths of our dynamic Board members as we move forward to generate funds for the State and the businesses in the regions where events take place.”

With the addition of these three new Board members, the 2025-2026 Officers of the Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTMEETINGS) and Executive Committee members are:
- Chair: Alex Peterson, Senior Advisor & Director of Government Affairs for the CT Airport Authority (CAA) – took office on July 1, 2025;
- President: Robert Murdock, President of the Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTMEETINGS);
- Treasurer: Kevin McMillan, CPA, Director of Accounting Services at Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina (FML) – newly elected;
- Assistant Treasurer: Michael Johnson, President, Accounts & Services/Lobbyist for Sullivan & LeShane;
- Secretary: Roger Wierbicki, Director of Marketing for R&D Dynamics Corporation;
- Vice Chair: Tina Mazzullo, Area Director of Sales and Marketing at the Residence Inn Stamford Downtown and the Courtyard Stamford Downtown – took office on July 1, 2025;
- Immediate Past Chair: Thomas Madden, Assistant Director and Economic Development & Strategic Partnerships at NYSERDA – effective July 1, 2025;
- Executive Committee Member At-Large: Anthony M. Anthony, Chief Marketing Officer of the Connecticut Department of Economic & Community Development;
· Executive Committee Member At-Large: Peter Murphy, a Partner at the law firm of Shipman & Goodwin LLP;
· Executive Committee Member At-Large: Karen O’Connell, Executive Director of Resort Sales & Hotel Operations for Foxwoods Resort Casino; and
· Executive Committee Member At-Large: Kimberly Simone, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Mohegan Sun.
