CT News Anchor Announces Birth Of 2nd Child

It's a girl, for the veteran WFSB-TV anchor.

CONNECTICUT — It's a girl, for WFSB-TV morning news anchor Nicole Nalepa and her husband, Andrew, as the couple welcomed their second child, Emeline, to the world on Tuesday.

"We are smitten over this little girl, & big brother George is beyond excited!" Nalepa wrote on Twitter. "Thank you for the caring thoughts & wishes you sent us as we awaited Emmie’s arrival. She is already so loved!

Nalepa announced in March that she was pregnant, and at the time, she said that the family would not find out the child's gender until the birth, the same tact they took with Emeline's brother, George.
