"Before 6am (Thursday) there is a chance for rain and even a chance for wet snow across the northern hills," said WFSB 3 TV meteorologists. "A quick coating is possible before temperatures warm and flips any snow over to rain causing it to melt and get washed away. The highest likelihood for rain comes during the morning hours, then during the afternoon isolated to widely scattered showers are possible."

We'll also notice much cooler temperatures on Friday. We'll see a one-day bounce back with sunshine and temperatures in the low 50s on Saturday, but Sunday features very cold temperatures with highs only in the low 30s.
"Over the weekend, as we kick off March and start meteorological spring, we’ll transition from above average temps to below. Saturday, a clipper passes through New England," said WFSB 3 TV meteorologists. "Where it tracks will dictate our chances for precip. For now, they appear isolated in nature and in the form of rain with highs 45-50. Behind the clipper for Sunday, anticipate dry and brighter weather. However, it will be noticeably colder and breezy: highs in the 30s will feel chillier with the wind." (Read more at WFSB 3 TV).
