Snow Accumulation Estimates Released For CT's Next Storm: What You Need To Know

Forecasters have released how much snow will accumulate across Connecticut late Sunday into early Monday morning.

CONNECTICUT — It looks like we'll be dealing with some more minor snow accumulation by Monday morning, according to the latest forecast updates.

Some light snow is expected Sunday night, which could drop up to three inches of snow in parts of Connecticut by daybreak Monday.

"The best chance for snow is from after 8 p.m. to about 2 a.m. The shoreline from southeast New Haven to Middlesex and New London Counties will experience some mixing or even possibly plain rain. Up to 1 inch is possible along the I-95 corridor, up to 2 inches for the inland areas of our four southern counties, and up to 3 inches for everyone else. Slick spots could become an issue Sunday night, so leave plenty of extra time if you have travel plans," said WFSB 3 TV meteorologists. (Read more at WFSB 3).
