A male Shih Tzu was the victim of a hit-and-run driver on Hoyt Road.
BETHEL, CT — A male Shih Tzu was the victim of a hit-and-run driver on Hoyt Road Tuesday, the News-Times is reporting. Police were called to the scene around 2 p.m.
The accident was witnessed by the dog's owner, who was unable to provide police with the license number of the truck. The vehicle "appeared to be black or dark color," according to the report.
