Fleeing Vehicle Strikes Bristol Police Cruiser, Officer Injured: PD
The incident is still under investigation, according to police.
BRISTOL, CT — A city police officer was injured around midnight last night when a vehicle intentionally struck a cruiser, police said.
Lt. Patrick Krajewski said the vehicle had been fleeing at the time. The officer’s injuries were minor, according to Krajewski.
Police indicated they were searching for a Mitsubishi Eclipse after the incident, which happened near the Walmart plaza on Route 6.
