Man Found Unresponsive In Berlin Woods: Reports

The unidentified man was rushed to a nearby hospital early Sunday night, Aug. 10.

BERLIN, CT — An unresponsive man was found in a wooded area in town and rushed to a nearby hospital Sunday evening.

According to WFSB Channel 3, the man was found about 400 feet off an access road to a property located in a wooded area.

The first calls reporting the stricken man came in at about 8:10 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Chamberlain Highway, WVIT Channel 30 reported.

WVIT said crews had to cut a gate open and use a utility vehicle to get to the man.

According to WFSB, local police and emergency medical services personnel performed CPR on the man before rushing him to a nearby hospital.
