State Police Probe Homicide In Killingly

KILLINGLY, CT — A person suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the chest at a residence on Pratt Road late Monday, according to state police.

State police said Tuesday morning they have a suspect in custody, and there is no threat to the public.

The Eastern District Major Crime Squad is in charge of the investigation, which remains active.

Police as of 9:45 a.m. Tuesday morning had not yet released information about the victim or the suspect.
