Two people suffered minor injuries when their car flipped over and landed in Paper Goods Pond Sunday afternoon.The Berlin, Kensington and East Berlin departments, Berlin Police and Hunters Ambulance responded to the crash, <a href="http://www.berlincitizen.com/news/allnews/8448329-129/berlin-fire-departments-respond-to-calls-in-sub-zero-temperatures.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to The Berlin Citizen</a>. The car had broken through the ice after it went over a guardrail on Hart Street and rolled over.
