CNG is reporting that approximately 15 streets in Berlin, mostly in the area of Lower Lane, Hudson Street, Worthington Ridge and neighboring side streets are without gas service due to a frozen regulator.
The regulator has been repaired. However, CNG must now go to each customer and turn their meter off, recharge the line then relight any pilot lights. The maximum service outage is 417 customers.
