Bethel Man Assaulted, Robbed Victim in Danbury: Police
Police say the man was also found with crack cocaine and a crack pipe.

DANBURY, CT — A Bethel man was arrested Friday after police say he assaulted a man and took his money on Terrace Place. Luiny Delacruz, 20, was also found with crack cocaine and a crack pipe, according to police.
Police responded to the scene at 4:25 a.m. on July 1 to find a man with head injuries. The victim told police Delacruz had assaulted him and took his money, and he was found six days later at 9:15 p.m. walking on Division Street.

Delacruz was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $25,000 bond. He was also charged with robbery in the third degree and larceny in the second degree and held on $100,000 bond.
