• Here Are The Most Recent Property Sales In Bethel (patch.com) — Bethel homeowners and buyers can see how the local market is moving with a fresh list of ten recent property sales across town, ranging from modest condos to higher-end single-family homes. The transactions, all recorded in early to late December, show sale prices from $250,000 up to $885,000 on streets including Codfish Hill Road, Buckboard Ridge, and Walnut Hill Road.
   

• Another Danbury man charged in DraftKings scheme, bringing total number of arrests to 18 (newstimes.com) — Two Bethel residents are among 18 people now charged in a statewide investigation into alleged fraudulent use of DraftKings accounts and stolen credit cards, involving more than $190,000 in activity. The latest arrest is a Danbury man accused of larceny and conspiracy, with court records detailing deposits, withdrawals, and an alleged parking-lot handoff of bank cards.
