The Bethel High School Navy JROTC will be picking up Christmas trees between 9 a.m. and noon on Jan. 11 for a suggested $10 donation. The trees will be mulched and recycled for use at a local farm. Trees must be at the curb by 9 a.m. and a check payable to "Bethel NJROTC Boosters" should be left inside the storm door or in another accessible area. To sign up for the pickup, email BethelNJROTCBoosters@gmail.com with a name, address and phone number or call 203-794-8600 ext. 101 after 6 p.m. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward cadet educational programs.
