Bethel Public Library Plans Cooking Demonstration, Tasting

The event is set for Wednesday, Nov. 2.

Join us at the Bethel Public Library for a cooking demonstration and tasting on Wednesday, November 2, 6:30 pm, with Silo Cooking School Director, Dawn Leahy. Chef Leahy will show us how to make “Beggar’s Purses,” a versatile recipe perfect for the upcoming holidays and any celebration.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly and easily you can create two tasty sweet and savory dishes. The holidays can be a special time to entertain family and friends, and this free program will help you to discover a great way to show you care by offering delicious food in a festive way. Registered guests will enjoy a taste of two treats prepared by a professional chef!
