Bethel Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon

BETHEL, CT — Three Bethel runners competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.

Bethel runner Annmarie Charno, 30, finished the race with an official time of 3:13:14. Joshua Cordeira, 38, finished with an official time of 3:52:30. Pavlina Brautigam, 61, finished the race with an official time of 4:59:27, according to the Boston Athletic Association.
