Bethel resident, Adhwaitha Devasani flew to Texas last weekend to compete in another NASKA Karate Tournament called "Cowboy Up". Despite a torn hamstring, "Addy" as she's know by to family and friends scored very well! In girls Black Belt Korean Forms, she received a second place. She also won a third place in Black Belt Girls Sparring. In another Korean Forms division, Addy received a fifth place. By that time, her injury was really and issue. However, Addy makes no excuses and goes out and gives 100% each and every time.
Her family, friends, Karate School and Team-mates couldn't be more proud of her. She has a few more tournaments this year and expects to easily rank in the NASKA "Top-Ten" National Rankings by the end of 2025.
