Danbury youth, Jalen Simmons spent yet another weekend with his family, his Karate Team and His instructors from Connecticut Martial Arts of Danbury. Jalen took 1st Place in the Black Belt Division for his Japanese Kata Suparempei. The competition took place in Warwick Rhode Island. This was the last KRANE tournament of the year. Jalen is expected to receive multiple awards for his many victories at the year end Banquet and Awards Ceremony. Jalen, a second degree Blackbelt has been training at Connecticut Martial Arts since he was just 4 years old.
