Motorists can expect delays and one-way alternating traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide drivers through the work zones, when active. When not active, motorists should be careful of uneven, rough, milled surfaces and watch for raised utility structures that will be highlighted with florescent paint, for visibility. Motorcyclists, bicyclists, runners and walkers should pay special attention.
