Former Bethel Resident Ruthann Davey, 75, Passed Away

Bethel, CT — Ruthann Davey, 75, of Lehigh Acres, Florida and formerly of Bethel, passed away June 28, 2016 in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Ruthann was the proprietor of Davey Brothers Grocery Deli in Sandy Hook for many years. She was the wife of the late John L Davey, Sr.

She is survived by her 4 sons: John L Davey, Jr. of College Park Maryland, Timothy Michael Davey, Charles Edward Davey and Patrick Allan Davey all of Lehigh Acres, Florida.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 5 - 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary Church, Bethel, Friday morning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel.
