Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Bethel

All of southern Connecticut is under a Hazardous Weather Outlook, which calls for threats of flash flooding and a possible, albeit low, chance of damaging winds.

Showers likely, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 1pm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. High near 72. South wind 15 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.

Tonight
Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain. Low around 61. South wind 5 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.

Wednesday
A 50 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 65. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 7 mph in the morning.
