BETHEL, CT — The Stony Hill Diner in Bethel is up for sale.

The iconic eatery at 12-14 Stony Hill Road, nearly covering 3,000 square feet, has listed on Crexi.com for $2.2 million.

For that price you get the freestanding building on 1.34 acres, with 332 feet of road frontage on Route 6, along with the parking lot, which can accommodate around 63 cars, according to the listing.

Like all diners worthy of the name, Stony Hill Diner is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers all the classic American favorites alongside a deep menu of Greek favorites.

Contributing to its status as a pillar of Connecticut Americana, the diner is adorned with nostalgic 50s and 60s music and photo memorabilia. A variety of cheesecakes, layer cakes and a half-dozen kinds of pie are baked on the premises daily.

The property was listed for sale on Jan. 11.
