Ability Beyond Disability in Bethel is looking for a Development and Communications Executive Assistant to cover a variety of administrative support duties.

According to the job posting, the position includes organizing, scheduling, facilitating and confirming attendance of meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining notes in Raiser’s Edge as requested, maintaining and overseeing an efficient and effective filing system, preparing and submitting incoming invoices and scheduling, preparing and organizing department mailings.

The position will also act as the liaison to the Board Committee and Senior Administrative Team.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration, business or management is preferred.
