Bethel, Connecticut — Connecticut is full of bright, driven young people making a difference in and out of the classroom. That’s why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to spotlight students excelling in academics, athletics and community service.

Volunteers frequently. She highlights the town's youth life with a self-administered social media page, where she photographs several in-town events and participates in organizing many of them. Well-known to local leaders as a motivated self-starter who dedicates her time to the good of her community. Previously, Nyah was the President of Student Government for 3 years in a row. She is also the Editor for the Senior Year book at Bethel High School.
