BETHEL, CT — A new restaurant is scheduled to open in Bethel at a well-known spot, according to a report.
Edison Kitchen is expecting to open in the next few weeks at the former site of J. Lawrence Downtown at 186 Greenwood Ave., according to the News Times.
Chris Bruno, who lived in Bethel and has worked in restaurants across New England, said the menu will feature traditional American food with some creative twists, the News Times reported.
