Police arrested a Danbury man for public indecency Monday morning after parkgoers at Meckauer Park reported a "nude man in the park," according to reports from the Bethel Police Department. When arriving on the scene, police say residents reported the man was in a nearby men's room, "naked and 'aroused.'"
He was in the area of Shelter Rock Road -- by that time, clothed -- when police arrived, according to reports. The man, Scott Hickey of Danbury, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. and charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.
