David Pratson, 70, died Mar. 29, 2025; he worked for many years at Garavel Auto and other dealerships, and was a car and boat enthusiast who enjoyed cooking, car auctions, boat rides, and time spent with friends.

David Lawrence Robins, 87, died Mar. 4, 2025; a London School of Economics and Stanford Executive Program graduate, he served in National Service and built a distinguished publishing career with executive roles at The Economist and The Daily Telegraph, notably opening The Economist’s first North American office.

Richard James Quinn, 79, died Mar. 4, 2025; a Vietnam veteran and Army Sergeant, he earned a B.S. in Chemistry and worked as a Senior Research Chemist and Project Manager with four patents, while enjoying kayaking, scuba diving, flight simulators, music, films, and inventing tools—often in the company of his dogs and granddogs.

Rosina Susan Pieroni Alling, 97, died Feb. 21, 2025; she worked as a needler at Davis and Geck, later at Chocolate Lace where she found great joy, having started in her family’s bakery, and lived independently at Reynolds Ridge for nearly 20 years, forming lasting friendships and staying deeply connected to her great-grandchildren.

Bruce Clark, 73, died Feb. 21, 2025; he worked as a mechanic, construction foreman, entrepreneur, and carpenter, and enjoyed fishing and lending a hand to those around him.

Jane Ellen Boyce, 77, died Feb. 19, 2025; a retired Danbury Hospital employee of 39 years, she was active in the Danbury Senior Center, enjoyed country western line dancing, mentored at Ability Beyond, and competed in Special Olympics tennis for many years.

Richard "Rit" A. Oladovich, 80, died Feb. 17, 2025; a Navy veteran and Police Corporal with over 37 years of service, he continued his "patrols" after retirement with coffee in hand, sharing stories, walking his German Shepherds, and searching for butterflies with his grandchildren.

Catherine Breckinridge (Tirado), 72, died Feb. 11, 2025; a registered nurse and founder of Open Heart Evangelical Ministries, she dedicated her life to medical missions and evangelism across the Americas, and enjoyed traveling, cooking, reading, singing, and teaching Sunday school.
