SCORE Western Connecticut proudly announces a free comprehensive workshop series aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. The “Simple Steps for Starting Your Business” series will run from April 11 to May 9, 2024 every Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, at the Bethel Public Library.

This free workshop series is designed to provide participants with essential insights into starting and managing a successful business. Each session will delve into fundamental business concepts crucial for entrepreneurs. Here’s a breakdown of the topics covered in the series:

· April 11: Part 1 - Start-Up Basics

· April 18: Part 2 - Business Concept

· April 25: Part 3 - Marketing Concepts

· May 2: Part 4 - Financial Matters

· May 9: Part 5 - Funding Options

Participants have the flexibility to register for any one or all of the sessions based on their interests and needs. Moreover, those who complete four out of the five programs will receive a certificate from the Small Business Administration, adding value to their entrepreneurial journey.

The workshops will be dynamic and interactive features presented by knowledgeable mentors and subject matter expert Business Advisors from SCORE.

Knowledgeable business mentors will be available throughout each session, ready to provide guidance and answer any questions attendees may have.
