'Teacher Of The Year' Nominations Are Open In Bethel

BETHEL, CT — The Bethel Teacher of the Year nomination process is open to members of the Bethel Public Schools community through Jan. 16, 2024.

The criteria for selecting the nominee is as follows:

1. The nominee must have taught in the Bethel Public Schools a minimum of 5 years.
2. The nominee should possess a superior ability to inspire learning in students.
3. The nominee must be a Connecticut certified teacher who has achieved tenure in Bethel and is in good standing.
4. The nominee must teach children at least 50 percent of the time.
