Bethany Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

BETHANY, CT — A Bethany resident recently won $10,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in Wallingford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $10,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Sunoco Gas Station at 440 Main St. in Wallingford, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
