Frank has been an usher for many years and member of the Knights of Columbus and Jeana, in addition to being choir librarian and alto vocalist, volunteers her time as a lector and weekly money counter.
The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 19 at 3:00 P.M. at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford. All are welcomed to attend.
