Work has been underway on housing development for a number of weeks; it is located less than a mile away from the Stop & Shop off Exit 56.
BRANFORD, CT - For the past several weeks extensive work has been ongoing on a new 30-unit housing development located right off of Leetes Island Road off Exit 56 near Stop & Shop.
The development, known as Stony Creek Crossing on Lomartra Lane, will feature 30 homes with a starting price of $459,900.
