Ben Callahan Flag Football League Being Started in Branford
A flag football league is being started up in the name of the boy who tragically drowned in the Branford River last year.
BRANFORD, CT - A flag football league is being started up in the name of a boy who tragically drowned last summer in the Branford River. The league will be called the Ben Callahan Flag Football League.
On Facebook, this is what is said about the league that is starting:
“Attention Branford Youth Football and friends. We are working hard to grow our flag football league. We need your help!!! We are looking for Girls and Boys going into Pre K to 3rd grade to come and have fun. Our Flag League is opened up to kids from all towns not just Branford residents.
