Big Lottery Prize Sold In Branford

BRANFORD, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold in Branford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Waterbury resident won $50,000 on a $1,000,000 Titanium scratch ticket that was sold at Evans Branford Mobil at 108 North Main St. in Branford, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
