Makers and owners of Stony Creek Brewery had a few goals in mind when opening their tap room in March, and that was to engage, excite and interact with eager visitors of, the New Haven Register reported. Brewery founder, Ed Crowley Sr., said these qualities allow for the brewery to become a distinct destination, since it is one of four breweries in the town.

Visitors are greeted by a 30-foot glass wall that separates the dining area from the brewery on the first floor, and the celebration room on the second floor, the Register reported, but still allows visitors to capture a glimpse at the processes that go into the brewery’s manufacturing core.
