Branford Family Speaks Out Against Dogs at Cemetery

One Branford family is speaking out against dog walkers using a local cemetery as their walking trail.

According to The New Haven Register, Branford resident Maria Notarina and her family are outraged with dog walkers using All Saints Cemetery in North Haven as a walking trail and park, and leaving a mess behind.

Notarina has been battling the dog issue for years, and notes that leashed and unleashed dogs even defecate on the graves, The Register reports.

Cemetery staff monitor the area during daylight hours, according to the report.
