Branford Girl Who Had Scooter Stolen Gets New One From Police
A Branford girl recently had her scooter stolen; an officer in the police department made sure the little girl got a new scooter to ride.

BRANFORD, CT - A Branford girl who recently had her scooter stolen from Harrison Avenue has a new scooter - courtesy of a Branford police officer.
On the Branford Police Department’s Facebook page: is the following post shared by the little girl’s mother:
“Thank you to Officer Dionne of the Branford Police Department for surprising my baby girl with a new scooter!!! Words can’t begin to describe how your kindness impacted us tonight. It’s something we will carry forever. I think Sophia’s reaction spoke for herself .”
