Branford Man Charged In Overnight Burglary At Hotel In North Haven: PD
The victim told police that multiple items were stolen from his room overnight while he was sleeping.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Branford man has been arrested in connection with an overnight burglary at a hotel in North Haven over the summer, according to police.
A victim reported to police in late July that he was renting a room at the Best Western on Washington Avenue in North Haven and claimed that multiple items were stolen from his room overnight as he slept, according to police.
Police said detectives reviewed surveillance video and identified two suspects and a suspect vehicle.

Arrest warrants were obtained for the two suspects in October, according to police.
Geno Ferrigno, 33, of Branford, was taken into custody on Oct. 13, police said.

Ferrigno was charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit credit card theft, three counts of illegal use of a credit card, and three counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 19, according to state judicial records.
