Julian Thomas Cofrancesco, 31, of Bethany, was charged with criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree failure to appear.

Zachary W. Clark, 40, of Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Steven Fletcher, 50, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Alexander Paul Yerganian, 31, of West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
April 28
Kseniya Kirichenko, 53, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Solano Rosa Scott, 29, of New Haven, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
April 29
Katheleen Santana, 29, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order, second-degree violation of a conditional release, disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny.
