Jan. 31

Sean Whaley, 38, of Branford, was charged with first-degree larceny by extortion, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful restraint, sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

Alexander S. Carr, 31, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 1

Nicole Brown, 41, of Branford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Feb. 2

Jacqueline Ann Crosby, 72, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree assault/elderly or other victim, second-degree threatening/physical threat, second-degree assault, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas Ernest Palmer, 44, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.

Jeffery Broggi, 60, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, evading responsibility with injury/property damage and failure to drive in proper lane.
