Jacob Sansone, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree stalking and voyeurism.

Kenneth Arnold Sarcione, 39, of Milford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Robert A. Munoz, 52, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

March 23

Susan J. Barba, 57, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Terrell Joseph Jefferson, 38, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

March 24

Tyler Joseph Lynch, 29, of Ivoryton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
